We want to help you ride responsibly and keep your bike rolling...all while social distancing and wearing a mask.
(Updated October 15th as we enter cooler temps)

Plans are in place to work with you one on one.

Beginning October 17th, the next phase of one on one shopping will begin.  Since March, we have adapted to the ever evolving circumstances regarding Covid-19.  We have adhered to state and CDC guidelines in an effort to keep our staff, our families and our customer's health, a number one priority.  We can be thankful for the fantastic weather we have had, as it allowed us to work outside under trees, tents and on our deck!  However, we know we are headed to cooler temps and various types of precipitation...so the time has come for more adaptation.

What does this mean to you?

Our hours will continue to be:

  • Open Tuesday - Friday 10AM - 6PM
  • Open Saturday 10AM - 5PM
  • Closed on Sunday and Monday until further notice
You can continue to use our website for on-line purchases, and in-store/deck side pick up. Review our click and collect online resources.

Daily, we will make the decision to bring customers into the store, or work in the fresh air of a beautiful day.

If it is a day to come inside the shop, the indoor experience will be one on one, while maintaining 6 foot social distance measures and use of a mask.

Hand sanitizer will be available and you will be asked to use it upon entry.

Masks must be worn over your nose and mouth at all times when you are inside our store, and working with an employee.

If you are a 'group' or family, we will ask to have 1 or 2 people with an employee, and ask others to remain outside or in their car.

We also ask that everyone reviews and answers "NO" to the four screening questions from the CDC prior to entering the building. 

  1.  Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 48 hours: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea?
  2.  Within the past 14 days, have you been in close physical contact (6 feet or closer for at least 15 minutes) with a person who is known to have laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 or with anyone who has any symptoms consistent with COVID-19?
  3.  Are you isolating or quarantining because you may have been exposed to a person with COVID-19 or are worried that you may be sick with COVID-19?
  4.  Are you currently waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test?


If you answer “yes” to any of the above questions, we ask for you to come visit at another time.

Using Our Judgement...

  • Bike Fit and Retul Custom Footbed appointments are still being made on a limited basis through Jan@BenidormBikes.com 

  • EBCC Group rides are postponed until further notice.  

  • In store clinics and events are postponed until further notice.

  • Click and Collect at Benidorm Bikes

  • Our website has been an incredible tool throughout the past several months.  You can make purchases and arrange for deck-side or in-store pick up.  In some cases, product can be drop shipped directly to you.  Our website is a relatively accurate representation of products we have, will be receiving, or can order....however, it is not always 100% accurate.  (especially during this time where supply chains have been interrupted.)  Most importantly, we want to help you, so a call or visit is always helpful.

  • Payments can be made using Pay Pay.  Financing is also available through Pay Pal.  Payment may also be selected to be completed upon pick up of merchandise.

Scheduling Bike Service

  • Drop off of scheduled appointments and spot repairs will continue at the bike rack located to the right (east side) of the building.

  • All bike service appointments will continue as planned. If your bike is in for service, it will be completed as planned.  

  • Follow the instructions posted at the rack where you will drop off your bike.

  • If your bike has a scheduled appointment, please select that box on the form at drop off.

  • If you would like to have a ‘spot repair’, such as a flat change, a brake or derailleur adjustment, a new chain, etc...follow the instructions posted on the bike rack, and we will contact you upon completion.

  • If you would like to schedule any level of tune up services, or more extensive work, please leave your bike with the attached, completed form and we will contact you to confirm the work and the date for service.  If your bike is rideable at that point, you can take it and bring it back at the scheduled date for the completion of services.

  • ‘Forms’ are located at the bike rack for your completion at bike drop off.

It has been an extremely unusual year at Benidorm Bikes.  Each of our staff has been incredible, and the patience of our customers has been deeply appreciated!  We genuinely thank you for choosing to ride a bike with us, or have your bike serviced with us!  We look forward to a 2021 where we can invite you to shop clinics, organized rides, and welcome you to a shop filled with product and bikes where you can browse again. It will come!
